Adaiyalam means identity. In July 2025, that word brought 500 people into one room at the Anna Centenary Library. The theme was decolonisation: a look at whose ideas of wellness we inherited, what we were taught to hide, and what shifts when we name it in our own language. The sessions were warm. The questions were not always comfortable. That was the point.
